Location:

Objective:

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process by tracking metrics and reporting data. The candidate should have strong technical abilities to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support as necessary
• Establish process metrics and goals
• Develop and issue process designs
• Creating/maintaining standard speed per every single item on every single machine/process*
• Following the creation/updating of processing data sheets (PDS) and Standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Following shop floor Trials helping create additional material suppliers or developing new cable(s) or approvals
• Making/reporting the OEE index for production lines frequently
• Improving setup times by either new methodologies, new tools/equipment
• Improving machine performance by increasing running speed/ solving restrictions on production lines
• Performing machine debottlenecking & continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Familiarity with process control
• 2 : 3 years of experience.
• Have Knowledge of (Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement Process, and Process Improvement)
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
