Today we are hiring Project Manager to join our team the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project.
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans.
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan for capacity adjustments to meet the project roadmap goals.
• Lead or participate in commercial team improvement projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Oversee project plans and ensure projects are executed within scope and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Develop and implement project reporting procedures and documentation, ensuring that project status is communicated to all stakeholders.
• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management Preferably within fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
