This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving product or service issues, managing client accounts, and identifying sales opportunities. The Sales and Service Specialist will work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in training institutions/centersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant fieldAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented environmentExperience in the technology industry is a plus
