Branch Manager - Assuit

Job Purpose: To lead a branch operation and ensure (performance objectives are achieved, high customer service levels are delivered, risk/loss is minimized, and Sales Targets are achieved). ResponsibilitiesPropose plans and activities for the branch which align with BND’s overall objectives.Manage branch sales activities and deliver branch sales in line with budget. Develop marketing and business opportunities by representing the bank externally and in the community.Manage priority customers and deliver sales of services and products.Deliver excellent customer service, manage customer service initiatives service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage branch operations to ensure all operations and processing are in line with timeframes and procedures, specifically monitor dormant, minors and deceased accounts as well as high risk clients.Random monthly vault audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.Manage marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives in coordination with Retail division.Manage premises issues and ensure refurbishment, security and maintenance issues are addressed.Deliver timely services and effective communication with clients all the time.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in BusinessAt least 10 years’ banking experienceExperience of a range of retail banking roles
