Job Objectives:
PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Implementation Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Monitoring Process:
• Receive Strategic Objective and Cascading Strategic Objective on daily operations.
• Create objective list linked with financial targets and Project List for each Objective.
• Guide and lead the project team to achieve specific goals, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the project.
• Responsible for linking strategic objective to operations objectives.
• Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team .
• Overall responsibility and supervise all activities related to an assigned project ensuring completion to budget and time schedules
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
Operation Excellence Process:
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Work with the concerned staff and, projects/departments to ensure effective implementation of the project.
• Follow up on the process of obtaining licenses in coordination with the licensing official.
• Review and track the project progress and take corrective action where required, raising issues with the concern personnel as needed.
• Monitor and assure project budgets and cash flow projections, establishes and monitors time and cost schedules.
Experience and Education :
• Mechanical or Production Engineering Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
• 3 years of experience as project manager
• PMP Certificate is preferred.
