Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and company culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including employee evaluations, feedback processes, and goal-setting.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns to ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and facilitate career pathing and employee growth opportunities.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure competitive pay practices.
• HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks that are aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive company culture through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Workforce Planning: Work with department heads to plan workforce needs, manage staff levels, and succession planning.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
• Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that company policies reflect this commitment.
Requirements:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in human resource management, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.• HR Software: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.• Knowledge of Employment Laws: Strong understanding of labor legislation, including federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.______________Preferred Qualifications:• Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.• Experience in strategic HR management and change management.• Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic industry.• Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies.______________Work Environment:• Collaborative and people-centered environment.• Opportunities for professional development and growth.• Fast-paced and dynamic workplace with a focus on continuous improvement.
