- Plan and follow up factory activities to achieve required customer delivery date.

- Lead cross functionally with all related departments ( Technical Office , Supply Chain , Production , Quality and Sales ) to mitigate risks and to produce smoothly with minimum costs and optimum quality.

- Solve issues and report projects status on time.

- Propose ideas to enhance process.



✓ Candidate Requirement:

• Must:

- Bachelor of Engineering ( Electrical Department ).

- Total professional experience from 3 to 5 years .

- Microsoft Excel Basics.

- Behaviour Skills : Problem solving, Flexibility, Conflict resolution, Responsibility, Leadership, Communication, Risk management and Team Building.


• Preferred:

- Experience in the field of Electrical Panel Building.

- Planning or Project Management experience in manufacturing environment.

- Planning or Project Management courses or certificates.
