Commercial Manager

About the role:

Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability within the cosmetics and skincare market. This role will oversee all aspects of the commercial function, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive commercial plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close high value deals in a timely and effective manner and follow up contract terms.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote products and build brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience from 3 to 5 years in similar role.
  • Proven B2B sales track record.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
  • Aware about skin care and cosmetics market is must.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to handle meet deadlines targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree is Marketing, Business management, sales or relevant field.
