Telesales Team Leader Trainee

Task & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor and manage the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, ensuring the delivery learning services.
  4. Monitor and support users' learning progress, providing timely feedback, resolving any issues, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.
  5. Drive user renewals, focusing on improving renewal rates by proactively managing user engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Execute work plans and achieve monthly renewal sales targets, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
  7. Enhance customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.

 


Requirements:Proven experiences as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English language in both reading and writing.
