Task & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, ensuring the delivery learning services.
- Monitor and support users' learning progress, providing timely feedback, resolving any issues, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.
- Drive user renewals, focusing on improving renewal rates by proactively managing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Execute work plans and achieve monthly renewal sales targets, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.
Requirements:Proven experiences as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English language in both reading and writing.
