We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in all phases of the architectural design process, from initial concepts to construction documents. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and refine architectural concepts based on client requirements

* Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications

* Coordinate with engineers and other consultants on project details

* Stay current with architectural trends and technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree and/or Masters Degree from an accredited university

* 5-7 years of experience in an architectural firm

* Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

* Proficiency in architectural design software

* AutoCAD

* Revit

* SketchUP

* Enscape

* Lumion,

* Twin Motion

* 3DMAX, etc.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Passion for design and a commitment to excellence
