We’re looking to hire Contract Senior Engineer to play a crucial role in managing and overseeing contractual agreements within our organization, he/she will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven experience as a Contract Senior Engineer or similar role in a relevant industry.

- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and industry-specific regulations.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex documents and data.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Responsible for the assessment of the contract conditions in respect of responsibilities, obligations and liabilities. Of the Client and the contractor to consider what if any, factors that link to the claim related cost and /or time.

- Fluent in English (reading and writing).

Notes :

- Experience Needed: 5 to 8 years

- Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)

- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fields.
