- Coordinate, and execute MES projects from initiation to completion.
- Follow up project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Coordinate the implementation of MES software, ensuring integration with existing ERP, SCADA, and PLC systems.
- Work with Industrial teams to ensure the MES is meet specific manufacturing objectives and requirements.
- Work with IT teams to ensure the MES is integrated seamlessly into the company's technology stack.
- Ensure training materials and training sessions deliver required knowledge transfer for end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation of the MES.
- Serve as a point of contact for MES-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process mapping.
- Maintain complete training documentation, including SOP, and user manuals.

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or IT environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus (e.g., Siemens SIMATIC IT, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk). Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management is a plus. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. The role may involve working in both office settings and on the manufacturing floor. Knowledge in database management SQL . Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs and SCADA is a plus. Understanding of automation systems data integration and communication protocols is a plus (e.g., OPC, MQTT).
