● Recording customer details and sales information accurately in the database.

● Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.

● Handling customer inquiries and complaints.

● Preparing and sending quotations and proposals to clients.

Skills

● Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

● Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.

● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

● Very good knowledge of English

● Good computer skills are a plus.

● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

● Excellent problem-solving skills.

● Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
