Planning:
- Meet production targets through optimizing best utilization of all resources (Man, Machine, Material and Methods).
- Review and modify if needed Production Plans with Planning Team.
- Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM. & RM. according to production Schedules.
- Ensure plant & production readiness to cater to new technology requirement for new production NPD roll out.
Organizing:
- Ensure operational efficiency to work towards process improvement.
- Adhere to Quality norms during the production process.
- Schedule production to adhere to RPP.
- Optimum manpower planning to meet production targets.
Controlling:
- Responsible for MIS.
- Responsible for mandatory compliance with QMS, and GMP norms applicable to the unit.
- Take initiatives to minimize wastage during the process.
Leading:
- Lead and maintain production subordinates to achieve production Targets.
- Train and develop production staff to improve process.
- Direct and Lead Production Teams in Using Lean Manufacturing Deployment as best Practice for achieving Production Objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ industrial).Minimum 7-10 years of experience in productionExperience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry Is a must.Excellent command of both written and spoken the English languageERP skills- SAP is preferredExcellent Microsoft Office skills
