Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall the success.
- Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to promote additional products or services that complement the customer’s original purchase.
