We work with are a canadian mobile car detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF) service provider in the Greater Montreal area. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, on-location service to our clients, ensuring their vehicles receive top-tier care with professionalism and precision.

We are seeking an organized and efficient Remote Dispatch Coordinator fluent in both French and English. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily schedules of our mobile car detailing teams, ensuring appointments are managed efficiently, and that our field teams are dispatched effectively. Your role is critical in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage daily schedules for mobile car detailing teams, ensuring efficient routing and time management.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, confirming appointments, providing updates, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Team Coordination: Dispatch mobile car detailing teams to customer locations, ensuring timely arrivals and successful service completion.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address logistical challenges, such as delays or unexpected issues, and adjust schedules to minimize disruptions.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, service details, and appointment statuses in the scheduling system.
  • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, taking necessary actions to ensure satisfaction and improve service quality.
