We are seeking a passionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and track progress.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment.
- Provide training and support to parents and staff on behavioral techniques.
- Document and report on client progress and program effectiveness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.Certification in ABA (e.g., BCBA, RBT) is preferred.Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders.Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering positive behavior change.A registered Behavior Technician is required.Fluency in English is a must.Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
