Overall Purpose: Lead the e-commerce team to achieve sales and marketing goals through online channels, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency of the e-commerce platform.

- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.
- Enhance user experience on the website and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee online sales operations and ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor performance and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Digital Marketing Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve advertising campaigns and increase engagement.
- Stay updated on current trends in e-commerce and apply them to boost performance.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of e-commerce strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports and present them to senior management.
1. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.2. Experience:Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.Strong background in leading teams and driving e-commerce sales growth.Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, online sales operations, and digital marketing.3. Technical Skills:Proficiency in e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Familiarity with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO best practices.Knowledge of website UX/UI best practices to optimize customer experience and conversions.4.
