Responsibilities:

 

  • Safely transport, deliver,  and collect documents to and from banks.
  •  Assist in implementing and upholding the archiving system to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Maintain records of processed documents and files using the company system.
  • Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  •  Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on archived data.


 


Qualifications We Look For:Good Arabic & English speaker.Bachelor Degree.1+ Relevant experience in Admin or similar roles.Driving License Holder.
