Evalueserve is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Research Manager to lead and oversee the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of research methodologies, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving successful research outcomes, in line with our customers’ expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage research teams, including analysts, researchers, and external vendors.
- Design and execute research methodologies, including survey questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis techniques (quantitative & qualitative).
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence teams, Data Analytics teams, Design teams, etc.) to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into business decisions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.Minimum 6+ years of experience in primary & secondary research.Proven experience in managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).Advanced excel and PPT capabilities.Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Experience in managing project teams and effectively delegating tasks.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy
