Execution, Design, and Planning:
· Develop detailed MEP system designs based on project specifications, client needs, and industry standards.
· Create and review technical drawings, specifications, Shop drawings and plans for MEP systems using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
· Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems integrate seamlessly with the overall project design.
Project Implementation:
· Oversee the daily execution, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
· Conduct regular daily routine site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the construction phase.
Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work closely with the project management team to align MEP work with project timelines and milestones.
· Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors.
Quality Control and Compliance:
· Ensure all MEP systems comply with local building Standard codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
· Perform tests and inspections to verify the functionality and safety of MEP installations with technical responsibility for inspection and test results.
· Document all work processes and prepare reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
Sustainability and Innovation:

Skills
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (to be removed), or a related field.
Experience:
· Minimum of 3-5 (5-7) years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
