Sales Coordinator

  • Support the sales team in all administrative tasks to facilitate sales operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about available properties.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology is a plus.
