Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical appliances department efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
Increase the sales rate.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports and present them to senior management with practical recommendations for improvement.
- Motivate and develop the skills of the team to achieve the highest levels of productivity and service.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience in managing electrical appliance departments. Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to motivate the team and achieve goals. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic work environment. Deep and comprehensive knowledge of all types of electrical appliances and related products. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and within a team. Preferably from Banha and its vicinity.
