Hospital Manager Required For a New Hospital in Hurghada at Red Sea, Egypt..

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care services and operational efficiency.
• Manage hospital budgets, including financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and laws.
• Lead, manage, and motivate staff, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Monitor and analyze hospital performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure the hospital is equipped with the necessary medical supplies and equipment.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure the highest levels of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery.

-4-7 year of experience including medical management roles preferably Tourism industry.

-Fluent English speakers. Extra languages is preferred.

-Communication skills with foreign patients is highly important

-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
