Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Element Real Estate. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team's day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in New Cairo.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in Real Estate or related field are a plus
