Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team in our automotive auto feeding manufacturing facility located in 10th of Ramadan. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, hold an engineering degree in Mechatronics, Power, or Electrical Engineering, and demonstrate a strong background in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth production operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and support operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets for maintenance operations, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Power, or Electrical Engineering (essential).
• 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in an industrial environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of automotive production processes and equipment.
