Cost Control Section Head

  • Manage the cost control department at H/O and sites to ensure they perform their duties according to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and control projects’ cost performance and propose corrective actions to the company/project management team monthly.
  • Provide the project feedback to the tender department as lessons learned to improve the future estimate.
  • Leading and preparing projects’ budget zero including supporting documents to get updated and realistic project budget.
  • Manage issuance of project cost report packages, forecast project cost, and issue early deviation alarms if needed.
  • Manage prepare and review all cost analysis needed for variation orders and claims.
  • Manage forecast projects' cash flow and its analysis. 
  •  Analysis of the project under billing to evaluate the related risks.
  • Review the integrity of the monthly project cost control package.
  •  Arrange periodic meetings with the Project Director/Managers to discuss all issues related to the project cost report.  
  • Handle any special tasks.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Master of Science or MBA is preferred.Professional Certification: PMP, PRMG, or CCE certificate is preferred.Work Experience: 12 years of work experience, at least 6 years in Management.Language:Very Good EnglishAnalytical Skills:Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.Project Management:Experience in managing budgets and financial resources for projects.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
