Overview:
Athear is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business process outsourcing (BPO) services by identifying and securing new clients and business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Athear's BPO services, value proposition, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing Athear's capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop tailored solutions and pricing strategies that meet client needs and drive value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Athear and promote our services.
- Monitor and track sales pipeline, leads, and opportunities using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities, with a strong portfolio of achieved sales targets and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with experience in Salesforce or similar tools preferred.
Language qualifications:
Fluent in English
