Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Staron Egypt in Heliopolis. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the interior design and building materials industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
