- Providing psychological guidance, facilitating individual and group counseling sessions for content moderators and their support teams. Reporting on trends and main metrics in close collaboration with W&R Site Lead.
- Offering dedicated help in (possible) threatening psychological situations.
- Supporting group sessions on mental health.

- Organizing consultation hours for new hires, permanent employees, managers and leavers.
- Data gathering about agreed KPI’s with the W&R PM.
- Offering creative solutions and implementation of new approaches.
- Network and exchange experiences among other counselors throughout Teleperformance.
- Creating selection assessments for candidates of T&S positions.

Bachelor's degree in psychologyClinical Psychology Diploma/Masters5 years or more experience in guiding employees with mental or psychological issues related to the work floor.Clinical and field work experienceSocial support on fieldwork experiences with NGOs or CompaniesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.Ability to design and implement effective training and development.Very good Microsoft skills (Excel – PowerPoint –Word)Having a professional and personal objective view on complex situations with several interests.Being an empathic personality who is able to understand the feelings of others and able to reflect on them.Able to sense upcoming changes in the organization and report to independent stakeholders in order to improve work conditions on behalf of employees.Great ability of thinking outside set paths and able to produce several solutions to different situations.Be and stay accredited as Psychologist and or as a member of a company counselor (social worker) professional association and stay accredited.
