- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients, addressing their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in sales in construction material market ,a related field. Strong technical knowledge of construction material , metal products such as manhole covers, drains, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required.
