Hello everyone,

We're Fipco, a large industrial Group in Saudi Arabia for packaging and filling solutions.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven, creative, passionate & deeply experienced talent who really practically knows everything that's going on, in the world of Recruitment. as what we're targeting is someone experienced who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various departments, ensuring that the right candidates are reached through well-crafted job postings on multiple platforms. Your role will include reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Someone will also schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Someone who has experience in recruitment in the industrial sector, and to assist in preparing job offers, managing the negotiation process, and collaborating with HR and  facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Someone who will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.


»  Key Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.-Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.-Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.-High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Certifications (Preferred):Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent.Recruitment or Talent Acquisition certification.& it's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area.Also, kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) in recruitment for industrial-focused sectors.Also, kindly note that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to be a long-term venture for the right talent.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
