Job DescriptionRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceRedirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the teamfollow up and participate in personnel processSupport the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the teams agendaAssist in performing orientations, onboarding and update records with new hiresSupport other functions as assignedJob Requirements0-1 years of experienceKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plusApply Now
