Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle the main role in initiation, planning, executing, managing, controlling and closing projects.
• Handle project kickoffs (entry) and lessons learnt (exit) of each module/project.
• Handle onboarding and exit of new team members.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and in high quality.
• coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
• Maintain department internal google website, and update it regularly.
• Develop and update detailed software development project plans
• Developing project scopes, objectives and deliverables, cooperating with product owners and project team
• Track, update and communicate projects status and progress
• Ensure that checklists are performed and validated
• Own Agile ceremonies (release plan, sprint plan, retrospective, ..)
• Track projects estimates and phases.
• Update projects Gantt charts.
• Update department org chart.
• Organize project documentations.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and project templates.
• Publish projects performance KPIs on shared dashboard.
• Attend daily standup and summarize it, and generate bi-weekly attendance reports.
• Create SOPs (Standard operating procedures) and update them.
• Publish training courses and quizzes on department LMS (moodle, our learning management system).
• Follow up with concerned parties to resolve team blocker issues.
• Generate ticketing system reports.
• Handle department outing planning (bi-monthly) activities.
• Perform daily follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to track and monitor progress.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Publishes daily/weekly status reports that provides project progress reports to project team and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree
• 0-2 years experience
• Good command of English
• Preferred: Experience in working with and coordinating software developments projects
