- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections in all process in Aftersales.
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Daily input in all areas of the aftersales Dep. to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Developing plans to help a company manage waste.
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar role with direct reports. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).- Back ground home appliances is must.
