ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Management Manger will play a pivotal role in driving various talent management initiatives, focusing on Talent Management projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning, culture, organizational health index (OHI), store progression, career frameworks, emerging talent programs, and employee mobility. The role holder will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Talent Management Projects:

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Implement innovative solutions to effectively run talent management processes and optimize organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead and support talent management projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and retention.

2. Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and equity within the organization.
  • Partner with Human Capital and business leaders to promote diversity in recruitment, talent development, and leadership opportunities.

  • Drive initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of D&I focus areas and promote a culture of respect and inclusion.

3. Succession Planning:

  • Implement succession planning exercise and programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for key roles.
  • Partner with country leadership and HC to assess future talent needs and build a robust pipeline of internal talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in talent assessment, development, and succession planning efforts.

4. Culture and OHI:

  • Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Monitor OHI action plans, progress and support countries where needed with deployment .
  • In collaboration with Head of Engagement, design and implement strategies to promote employee well-being, collaboration, and engagement.

5. Store Progression, Career Frameworks:

  • Develop and maintain career frameworks and progression pathways to support employee growth and development in stores.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between talent development programs and business objectives.
  • Implement initiatives to support career advancement opportunities for employees at all levels 16 and below.

6. Emerging Talent:

  • Identify and nurture emerging talent within the organization through targeted development programs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide opportunities for early-career employees to gain valuable skills and experiences.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of emerging talent programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Employee Mobility:

  • Manage employee mobility programs, including transfers, relocations, and international assignments.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the mobility process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in talent management, including talent management projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning, and culture development.
  • Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, career pathways, and employee mobility programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations
