Participate in strategy management by providing actionable data and operational insights.
• Facilitate the objectives cycle through technical support to HR and individuals.
• Assure meeting all the legal requirements are met by inserting them in the operational model.
• Develop and maintain operational model components (i.e. policies, procedures, forms, SLAs, …, etc.).
• Manage auditing function from planning till audit finding closing.
• Facilitate and assure success of external audits (if any).
• Receive, analyze and follow-up solving customer complaints and take action to assure prevention of re-occurrence by proposing and applying operational model improvements.
• Conduct frequent customer satisfaction assessment and report findings to management.
• Provide periodical reports on operational model performance and implementation.
• Propose and plan the adaptation of suitable quality concepts to enhance performance (i.e. lean).
• Supervise document management activities (design, preparation, control and archiving).
• Provide necessary training to employees in terms of the operational model components and tools.
• Conduct any other tasks deemed necessary to assure role success.
Bachelor degree in engineering• 8:10 years of experience• 2 years minimum in same position• Certified Auditor• Preferred: TQM or CMQ
