Job Title: Senior Pre-Sales Engineer - Enterprise Networking Solutions

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in enterprise networking solutions to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, estimating, and documenting cutting-edge networking solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading technology vendors such as Cisco, HPE, and Huawei, and to contribute to the success of our sales efforts and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Design comprehensive network architectures leveraging Cisco, HPE, and Huawei products for both active and passive networking components.
- Estimate costs and resources required for proposed solutions, including passive infrastructure such as cabling, racks, and enclosures.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and implementation plans, covering both active and passive components.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and present compelling technical solutions encompassing both active and passive networking infrastructure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities of Cisco, HPE, and Huawei products in conjunction with passive networking solutions.
- Provide expertise during client meetings, offering insights and answering technical queries effectively regarding both active and passive networking requirements.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters related to both active and passive networking infrastructure.
- Gather feedback on proposed solutions and incorporate necessary modifications to ensure client satisfaction with both active and passive networking components.
- Deliver training sessions to educate clients on the features and benefits of both active and passive networking solutions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, HPE ASE/ATP, or Huawei HCIA/HCIP are a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise networking or pre-sales engineering, with a focus on both active and passive infrastructure.Key Skills and Attributes:Deep technical expertise in networking technologies, protocols, and best practices, encompassing both active and passive components.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts related to both active and passive networking infrastructure.Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise networking solutions using Cisco, HPE, and Huawei products, integrating with passive networking components.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and solution quality for both active and passive networking requirements.
