Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in call center operations and real estate to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Proficiency in call exporting and tracking through portal sources (Preferably CRM System & Bitrix System)
- Strong familiarity with CRM and Bitrix functionalities preferred
- Capable of multitasking, task prioritization, and thriving in a fast-paced setting
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being beneficial
