Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in call center operations and real estate to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Proficiency in call exporting and tracking through portal sources (Preferably CRM System & Bitrix System)
  • Strong familiarity with CRM and Bitrix functionalities preferred
  • Capable of multitasking, task prioritization, and thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Outstanding verbal communication abilities
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being beneficial
