Responsibilities.
• Handles Customer files from ordering to receiving requested goods
• Coordinates and communicates with suppliers to ensure timely and within specifications delivery of products/services
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Conduct analysis on the different sheets.
• Follows up with logistics companies
Qualifications:
BS in Business Management, Finance, Operations or any related Field.
Good Communication skills
Proficient in English
