Business Manager

We are looking for a Business Manager to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, development and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a yearly business plan
- Collect history data, purchases and sales per product to define yearly purchase and sales.
- Prepare yearly rolling forecast and monthly purchase plan and confirm orders.
- Negotiate yearly purchases target, prices, quantities, and delivery dates with supplier.
- Define quantities to order, calculate purchase costs values, landed cost values, estimated selling prices.
- Calculate estimated margins by product, by category and overall yearly expected average margin.
- Confirm orders in a row, follow up shipment dates, reception of goods, prepare goods entry sheets & check correct insertion on system.
- Coordinate with the supplier and follow up on products certification, shipment & clearing.
- Prepare price structure of products to define price positioning and offers.
- Prepare & share products prices list with sales team & clients.
- Inform sales team & clients about new arrivals &/or new prices.
- Prepare the sales analysis by defining clients products and yearly target
- Define the yearly target for all existing clients and meet with potential clients to discuss yearly sales plan & follow up with sales team the achievements.
- Build a strong relationship with clients to increase credibility, solve problems & discuss new opportunities.
- Responsible for Business Development: Expand Network, Increase total number of points of sales. Increase sales as per target sheet by client & total.
- Maintain Profit, to achieve the minimum requested gross margin.
- Follow up replenishment orders, new products introduction
- Responsible of payment settlement and follow up on client payments.
- Manage the sales team products technical training & sales trainings.
- Manage the sales team & follow up to achieve targets, collection on time & solve problems.

After Sales Service:
- Manage & follow up after sales service department daily operation.
- Control monthly reports of servicing
- Calculate service department profitability. Labor & parts margins versus overhead.
- Prepare spare parts reception sheets & pricing.
- Control spare parts stock value, depreciation, local alternatives.
- Report excessive &/or epidemic defects & follow up solutions with supplier.

Candidate profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business studies (Engineering is a plus)
- Fluent in English, French & Arabic
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Appliances
