Responsibilities:
- Manage duties and responsibilities of outlet operation.
- Maintain and increase volume levels and profit of the outlet.
- Training and development.
- Maintain the restaurant in a continuous state of cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure prompt, courteous, and friendly service to each guest.
- Managing financial budget and monitoring COGS and inventories,
- Staff schedules,
- Managing inventory and ordering and waste.
