Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Apps Arabi. As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews, and extending offers to successful candidates. This role is based in Beirut but offers flexibility for remote work.


Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Knowledge of various recruitment strategies and techniques
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the digital products or mobile apps industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in TikTok is a must!
