Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in Arabic and English, to understand their package order needs and preferences
- Quickly grasp an understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients to discuss package orders. - Capture detailed minutes of these meetings accurately
- Relay meeting minutes and client requirements promptly and accurately to the appropriate teams for execution, ensuring all details are understood and acted upon
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their orders, and work towards satisfactory resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
