POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled GPS Installation and Maintenance Executive to join our CSGKuwait team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance of GPS tracking systems in vehicles and selling complete GPS tracking solution to the customer, The role involves working closely with clients to ensure the proper installation and functionality of GPS devices, as well as providing ongoing technical support and assistance.

Responsibilities:

·        Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and client specifications.

·        Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS devices, connectivity problems, signal interference, and hardware malfunctions.

·        Communication with clients to explain installation procedures, provide technical assistance, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

·        Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

·        Searching new customer and close the final deal with customer

·        Selling all kind of Vehicle GPS products with installation services offering to the customer

·        Ability to bring Projects from Delivery companies and Transportation companies.

·        Estimating and Calculating client quotation and offering to client with competitive price

·        Accordingly, to business deal candidate will get the percentage on every single deal with customer

Skills

MINIUM QUALIFICATIONS

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Computer Certification

·        Basic Arabic speaker

·        Valid Kuwaiti Driving License or Gulf Driving License

WORK EXPREINCE

·        Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in Gulf Countries
