Role Description

The Bank Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Cairo.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in banking and sales.

The role involves:

• Contacting potential customers.
• Promoting banking products and services.
• Following up on leads.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining professional communication with clients, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable banking solutions in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days off: Fridays and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Graduates only.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality.

Salary

Pay: E£10,500.00 - E£45,000.00 per month
