المسؤوليات
- العمل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة لترسيخ ثقافة التميز التقني وتحمل مسؤولية نجاح فريقك ونموه الشخصي
- الإشراف على فرق الهندسة ومشاريعهم، وضمان قدرتهم على تقديم أفضل أعمالهم من خلال تحديد وإزالة المعوقات وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق
- بناء برمجيات قوية وقابلة للتطوير باستخدام لغة Java
- المساعدة في تحسين جودة الكود الحالي من خلال ممارسات ضمان الجودة ومراجعات الكود
- المشاركة في جلسات العصف الذهني والمساهمة بالأفكار في التكنولوجيا والخوارزميات وتطوير المنتجات
- المساهمة في توظيف فريق الهندسة للمنتج الذي تشرف عليه
المتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في المنتجات الرقمية أو في دور مشابه في شركة تكنولوجيا مالية (FinTech)، أو بنك رقمي، أو مزود خدمات دفع
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير هندسة أو قائد تقني (Tech Lead) داخل مؤسسة هندسية
- خبرة واسعة في التقنيات السحابية، وبنية الخدمات المصغرة (microservices)، والتسليم المستمر، وواجهات التفاعل الحديثة بين الإنسان والحاسوب
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات العمل المرنة (Agile)
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة للمشاريع، مع تفضيل الخبرة في إدارة الفرق عن بعد
- معرفة صلبة بتصميم البرمجيات مع القدرة على إنشاء حلول قابلة للتوسع وإعادة الاستخدام
- قدرة مثبتة على تحديد الأولويات، والمبادرة الذاتية، والمساهمة تحت الضغط، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة
- منظم للغاية، ومبدع، ومفكر نقدي
- الراحة في العمل داخل بيئة ريادية
- تعتبر الخبرة في العمل مع برمجيات الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية ميزة إضافية
- درجة البكالوريوس/الماجستير في الهندسة أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة

About The Role
Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with different stakeholders to establish a culture of technical excellence and be responsible for the success and personal growth of your team
- Oversee engineering teams and their projects, ensuring they can deliver their best work by identifying and removing blockers and coaching teammates
- Build robust and scalable software in Java
- Help improve existing code quality through quality assurance practices and code reviews
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and product development
- Contribute to hiring the engineering team for the product you are responsible for
Requirements
- Previous experience with digital products or in a similar product role at a FinTech company, digital bank, or payment provider
- At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead within an engineering organization
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, ideally with experience managing remote teams
- Solid software design knowledge with the ability to create extensible, reusable, and scalable solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-start, contribute under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organized, creative, and critical thinker
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working with core banking software is a plus
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
