نحن نبحث عن كبير مصممي منتجات يتمتع بخبرة تتراوح بين 4 و6 سنوات للمساعدة في تشكيل مستقبل منصة البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS) الخاصة بالمؤسسات لدينا. ستعمل على مسارات عمل معقدة، وأنظمة واسعة النطاق، وواجهات غنية بالبيانات يستخدمها المستخدمون المحترفون. يتطلب هذا الدور تفكيرًا نظميًا قويًا، واهتمامًا بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على تبسيط التعقيد إلى تجارب سلسة وفعالة.
ستتعاون عن كثب مع مديري المنتجات والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة لتقديم حلول تعزز قيمة الأعمال مع تلبية احتياجات عملاء المؤسسات.
المسؤوليات
- ملكية التصميم المتكامل من البداية إلى النهاية لمجالات المنتجات الأساسية، بدءًا من الاكتشاف وحتى التسليم والتكرار
- تصميم واجهات معقدة وغنية بالبيانات (لوحات التحكم، لوحات الإدارة، مسارات العمل) مع التركيز على سهولة الاستخدام والقابلية للتوسع
- تحويل متطلبات الأعمال والقيود التقنية واحتياجات المستخدمين إلى حلول تصميمية مدروسة
- إجراء أبحاث المستخدمين مع عملاء المؤسسات، بما في ذلك المقابلات، واختبارات سهولة الاستخدام، وتحليل مسارات العمل
- إنشاء النماذج الهيكلية (wireframes)، والنماذج الأولية، والتصاميم عالية الدقة التي توضح التفاعل والسلوك بوضوح
- المساهمة في تطوير نظام تصميم قوي لضمان الاتساق عبر منظومة منتجات واسعة
- العمل عن كثب مع المهندسين لضمان تنفيذ التصاميم بجودة عالية
- الشراكة مع فرق المنتجات والبيانات للاستفادة من الرؤى والمقاييس في اتخاذ القرارات
- الدفاع عن إمكانية الوصول، والأداء، وسهولة الاستخدام في جميع أعمال التصميم
- توجيه وإرشاد المصممين المبتدئين والمساهمة في تحسين عمليات التصميم وممارسات الفريق
متطلبات الوظيفة
ما نبحث عنه
- خبرة تتراوح بين 4 و6 سنوات في تصميم المنتجات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS) أو منتجات المؤسسات
- معرض أعمال قوي يعرض حل المشكلات المعقدة، والتفكير النظمي، وتصميم المنتجات المتكامل
- خبرة مثبتة في التصميم لمستخدمي المؤسسات (مثل منصات B2B، والأدوات الداخلية، وأنظمة الإدارة)
- خبرة واسعة في أدوات مثل Figma (يفضل)، أو Sketch، أو Adobe XD
- فهم قوي لمبادئ تجربة المستخدم (UX)، وتصميم التفاعل، وهندسة المعلومات
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف في بيئات العمل المرنة (Agile)
- القدرة على التعامل مع الغموض والعمل على مجالات منتجات كبيرة ومتطورة
- خبرة في التصميم للأنظمة القائمة على الأدوار، والأذونات، والبيئات متعددة المستأجرين
- دراية بأفضل الممارسات في مجال تمثيل البيانات بصريًا
- فهم أساسي لتقنيات الواجهة الأمامية (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- خبرة في التعامل مع أنظمة التصميم على نطاق واسع
- معرفة بمعايير إمكانية الوصول (WCAG) واعتبارات الامتثال للمؤسسات

Position
Senior Product Designer
Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4–6 years of experience to help shape the future of our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work on complex workflows, large-scale systems, and data-rich interfaces used by professional users. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complexity into intuitive, efficient experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive business value while meeting the needs of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Design complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) with a focus on usability and scalability
- Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- Conduct user research with enterprise customers, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate interaction and behavior
- Contribute to and evolve a robust design system to ensure consistency across a large product ecosystem
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Partner with Product and Data teams to leverage insights and metrics in decision-making
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability in all design work
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team practices
Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
- Proven experience designing for enterprise users (e.g., B2B platforms, internal tools, admin systems)
- Expertise in tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work on large, evolving product areas
- Experience designing for role-based systems, permissions, and multi-tenant environments
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise compliance considerations
