Production Manager – Job Vacancy

An industrial company specialized in the manufacturing of household cookware is looking to hire:

Position: Production Manager
Location: Beni Suef, Egypt
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Required Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in household cookware manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the entire production process to ensure achievement of production targets.

• Prepare and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to company requirements.

• Supervise production lines and processes and ensure efficient utilization of production capacity.

• Monitor production and productivity rates and minimize downtime, waste, and production losses.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product technical specifications.

• Monitor production requirements for raw materials and operating supplies and coordinate their timely availability.

• Supervise the performance of workers and supervisors, evaluate performance, and improve team efficiency.

• Continuously improve production processes, reduce costs and waste, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferably Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in production management, preferably in household cookware manufacturing.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills with different departments.

• Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for achieving production targets.
